Founder/president of Ebiz Products LLC and Beyer Printing Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee, Philip Beyer is an entrepreneur, systems specialist, and author of the popular book, System Busters: How to Stop Them in Your Business. He is also a recipient of the InterTech Technology Award for the design and development of System100™ software.  Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Philip established his business in Nashville in 1988. Five years later, finding his business in chaos, he began a dozen-year journey to total systemization. Philip now speaks to other business owners and managers across the country, and is a regular contributor to online newsletters and magazines, including PI World, about how to bring lean, sustainable order to their companies. Philip and wife Susan own a small farm near Nashville.

Susan oversees editorial and promotional considerations for Philip's books, blogs, and System100 software; also communications with prospective customers, editors and event coordinators. Originally from CA, she moved to Nashville in 1977.  Her background includes studies at Belmont University; many years as a professional singer; also 14 years in Christian broadcasting—as on-air program host/producer and operations manager for the local TV affiliate of CTN-Florida; later as promotional writer and event coordinator for GSF Media agency participation with NRB. An author, songwriter and playwrite, Susan enjoys creative/writing projects with husband Philip over Starbucks Americanos.

Veteran entrepreneur, marketing and advertising specialist, Bob describes himself as “people driven.” His chief responsibilities at Ebiz are video production and continual improvement of System100.com Website optimization. His vast knowledge of the Web, and his videography skills, have brought a much needed presence to Ebiz Products. Originally from Tampa, Florida, Bob and wife Debbie moved to Nashville in 2007 with their children Ben and Lauren.

Philip describes Chris as a "computer wizard." For the past several years, Chris has been the head programmer for Ebiz Products, collaborating with Philip on countless Web and systems designs and enhancements. Chris’ programming knowledge has been invaluable in the development of System100™ software, and numerous Beyer-business-related Web and IT projects.

Brandon moved to Nashville from East Tennessee to help train new System100™ customers in the proper use of the unique software. He’s good at it!  Brandon's background in retail sales for a large shoe store chain gave him a strong base for working with customers and managing details. Especially savvy on current technologies, Philip's youngest son Brandon looks forward to preparing additional training specialists for Ebiz, and eventually moving into off-site training with customers across the country as Ebiz continues to grow.

The middle of "the Beyer boys," Barton holds a degree in Advertising from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and works closely with his dad on special projects for Ebiz Products. Specializing in Web and print advertising and promotional writing, his current focus is on website and graphic design for the software company. In his off time, Barton is much on-call as a professional model and actor. 

Emma has more than thirty years experience working with the graphic arts industry in accounting and bookkeeping. Along with handling the books, she is readily involved in a variety of projects for Ebiz. A native Nashvillean, Emma and her husband Arnold enjoy fellowship at Broadmoor Church of God, where both sing in the choir and work in missions and outreach. They have three grown children and five grandchildren.
